There is no minimum order amount, however if an order is under US$30 delivery will cost $5 within Harare. Cost of Delivery is free for orders of $30 or more.

Yes, we offer free delivery within Harare, Zimbabwe for all orders that meet the US$30 minimum order requirement.

We currently do not deliver outside Harare but we are working on expanding our reach..

Delivery within Harare typically takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

You will be notified of the expected delivery time shortly after completing your order.

Returns in the event of breakages or incorrect items are only accepted at the point of delivery.

Please thoroughly inspect your items before accepting delivery. If there is any damage or incorrect goods, inform the delivery person right away.

The damaged or incorrect goods must be returned with the delivery person and must be recorded on the delivery paperwork for a refund to be processed.

Once the delivery is completed and accepted, we will not be able to process any returns.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please notify the delivery team before accepting delivery.

Refunds for valid claims will be actioned within 72 hours.

We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfer.
