Orders are only able to be made for deliveries within 30kms radius of Harare.
a. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
b. Minimum Order amount
A minimum order amount of $30 is required in order to checkout. This is subject to change
c. Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: InnBucks, VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club International, Discover, American Express, China Union Pay.
All transactions are secure and processed through trusted third-party providers.
d. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance; the order is accepted once dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are only made within Harare Zimbabwe at this time.

Delivery times vary depending on location, but should be delivered within 48 hrs of the order being placed and paid for during Monday to Saturday.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public holidays.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., strikes, weather, political unrest).
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any damaged goods on inspection at the point of delivery, by informing the delivery person right away.
The damaged goods must be returned with the delivery person and must be recorded on the delivery paperwork for a refund to be processed.

1. What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is US$30. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
2. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer free delivery within Harare, Zimbabwe for all orders that meet the US$30 minimum order requirement. We currently do not deliver outside Harare but we are working on expanding our reach.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Harare typically takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You will be notified of the expected delivery time shortly after completing your order.
4. Do you deliver outside of Harare?
Currently, we only deliver within Harare. We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the future.
5. Can I return an item after delivery?
Returns in the event of breakages or incorrect items are only accepted at the point of delivery.
Please thoroughly inspect your items before accepting delivery. If there is any damage or incorrect goods, inform the delivery person right away. The damaged or incorrect goods must be returned with the delivery person and must be recorded on the delivery paperwork for a refund to be processed. Once the delivery is completed and accepted, we will not be able to process any returns. 6. What if an item is broken upon delivery?
If you receive a broken or damaged item, please notify the delivery team before accepting delivery. The damaged goods must be returned with the delivery person and must be recorded on the delivery paperwork for a refund to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damage claims after the delivery has been completed.

We currently accept a variety of payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay International, American Express and InnBucks. We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. You will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method during checkout.

All prices are listed in USD. You can make payment using your VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay International, American Express or InnBucks, bank card in any currency including ZWG, ZAR, and GBP, depending on your bank’s internal policies.
